Dr. Ke Guan and Dr. Danping He are invited to give presentations in the workshop “5G Systems & millimeter wave communications in Smart Public Transport” of the 48th European Microwave Week (EuMW 2018), in Madrid, Spain.

Dr. Guan’s presentation is “Towards Smart Rail Mobility at mmWave and THz Bands: Challenges and Solutions”, and Dr. He’s presentation is “High-Performance Ray-Tracing Simulation Platform and Its Application to Railway Communications”.

The “5G Systems & millimeter wave communications in Smart Public Transport” workshop was initiated and organized by professor Jose Ignacio Alonso Montes, who is the vice-president of The Technical University of Madrid (UPM) and the President of the EuMW 2018.
